Haha I have no idea what's going on with Kendall and Carlos in this, but none of it was intentional. I wouldn't think they're dating, per se, because that would make Carlos kind of a hypocrite. But James and Logan are getting away with a lot without officially 'dating,' so...who knows what Kendall and Carlos are up to off-screen. Feel free to read whatever you want into it! ;)
