I was just skimming through the RikkaidaiMyu reviews yuki_scorpio posted a link to on tenimyu, and she had this to say about the scene where Eiji is playing his Gameboy during one of the performances:

There was once when he had Oshitari vs Sanada and he started talking in Kansai-ben. Setomaru does the perfect Oshitari impression!
