TakiYuki~

So, I pretty much just scan TakiYuki's posts for any familiar names, and look at the pictures. The pictures are usually enough -- he's such a dork. Today he posted a picture of Momo's actor (Takagi Shinpei?) with his twin, and asks "Which one is Shinpei?" Dork. ♥

TakiYuki again

The boy is sure getting talked about a lot recently~

But, he's talking about how he and Setomaru and...Inui's actor, I think? were together for...a magazine article? (Link) I'm not entirely sure, but the reason I mention it is he has a picture with Inui's actor, but not with Setomaru. Neither one of them have ever had a picture with the other one in their blogs, as far as I can remember. Even that time they went out to eat with a couple other people and were clearly sitting on the same side of the table, they still only put pictures up of themselves. But, on the TeniMyu site diaries, there are several pics of them together.

I wonder if they're trying to avoid looking too friendly with each other? If they are, it's kind of smart of them. Seriously, being the actors for the Golden Pair must be tough anyway, and then becoming friends outside of that...I can understand wanting to show a little distance.

...But. They're just both so cute. And those pictures on the TeniMyu site are so tiny. Please, boys? Please? I promise people won't automatically assume you make out backstage if you just post a nice, decent-sized picture together.

At least, most people won't.

Also, I think TakiYuki wanted to give me a mild heart attack by referring to someone named "Gaku-san" in his blog. Upon closer inspection I realized he was talking about Bane-san's actor (er, Kurobane, from Rokkaku). He apparently went out to eat with him and Davide's actor (a.k.a. Amane, also from Rokkaku)!! Bane-san and Davide are my third-favorite doubles pair, and when the guys who play my favorite boys become friends, it makes me happy. ♥

SugoiCon video!

I realize I haven't actually gotten around to that con report yet (I will get to it, I promise), but I wanted to share this now anyway.

Some nice person uploaded some videos of the con, and one of them is part of the opening ceremonies, where they introduced all of the guests. I missed the opening ceremonies, so this stuff wouldn't have been in my report anyway.

Here's a link to the video! About 19 minutes in is when they start introducing the Japanese guests, and a few minutes after that is when Kiuchi Hidenobu is introduced. (He's Oshitari's voice actor, and he's awesome. ♥) He talks for less than a minute, but watch it if you want~

[Edit]: Oh, and when the guy introducing him says Kiuchi's missing work to come to the con, he's talking about the radio show. :( He was asked to be the host for this month, but he had to turn it down to come to the con. We were all "awww..." when he mentioned this in his panel, but he told us it was okay, he could host later. ♥

I'm kind of bored tonight, can you tell? :D

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know anyone who's taking the Japanese Language Proficiency Test this year? My 400-level Japanese class is being given free transportation and a place to sleep, so I'm taking it, in Chicago. ♥ I'm taking Level 3, the second-to-easiest level, because I suck and am afraid of kanji. :D

I have to get around to studying for it, sometime between now and December 3rd. Too bad I can't just pretend I don't have any other classes, because I would much rather study Japanese than write a research paper and a computer program.
