This is a PoT fandom survey that I've seen several places online. I figured this would serve as a good intro to my thoughts on the series. : )

HOW IT ALL BEGAN
How did you find out about PoT?:	Initially? I don't remember. I had seen it mentioned online several times before I started watching it. I started watching it, though, because my boyfriend wanted me to. (And I'm still not sure if he regrets that...)
When was that?:	About a year ago, actually. Maybe a little over.
What was first for you: the anime or the manga?:	the anime
Did you begin reading/watching it from the beginning?:	yep
If not, then at which point of the story?:
What was your first impression?:	Um..."That kid reminds me of someone...."

Do you download the manga?:	no
Do you download the anime?:	No, but I have seen it all.
Do you own original PoT manga books? (How many?):	"Original"? I have two of the horrible Viz releases, volumes 3 and 8.
Are they in your own language?:	Yeah, although I would prefer the Japanese ones. At least then the names would be right!
Do you own original PoT anime DVDs? (How many?):	Not official ones, no. I have burned DVDs with fansubs on them (actually, they're my boyfriend's; I don't think he wants them back, but I dunno if I can call them "mine").
Are they in your own language?:	No, they're fansubs.
Do you own any PoT merchandise?:	Unless you count the manga, no. I wish, but I am poor. : (

Do you buy it regularly?:	Oh, if only I could...
STORY AND CHARACTERS
Your favorite character::	Haha. Almost everyone? I can narrow it down to Oishi, Eiji, Momo, and Kaidoh, in no particular order.
Your least favorite character::	We'll just go with the Seigaku regulars, to make this easier -- Tezuka. By a ridiculous amount.
Your favorite team::	Seigaku! I am also a huge Rokkaku fangirl.
Your least favorite team::	Jyousei.
The best game you've seen::	Hm...it's been awhile since I've watched most of the series. Anytime my favorite doubles pairs play, I'm happy.
The most boring game you've seen::	Oh, I don't remember.
Game you would yet like to see::	As much as I dislike both characters, Nanjiroh vs. Tezuka would probably be pretty interesting. I wanna see a full Fuji vs. Ryoma game, too.
Your favorite pairing::	Oishi & Eiji, Momo & Kaidoh...although in both cases, I don't really care if they're "together." I just love their relationships.
Your least favorite pairing::	I'll get into this topic more another time. Specifically, anything involving incest, because it's creepy and gross, and most pairings with Tezuka, because he's a stupid-head.
The character you're most like::	I like to delude myself into thinking I'm somewhat like Oishi.
FANDOM
Do you write fanfiction?:	I'm in the process of writing something, and I have lots more ideas. : )
Do you draw fanart?:	One so far, but again, I have more ideas.
Do you like reading fanfiction?:	Yep.
Do you like looking at fanart?:	Yeah, although I don't go looking for it specifically.
Your favorite fanfiction genre::	Hmm...pretty much anything that's not too sad and isn't smut. I like happy endings, and smut just isn't my thing.
Your favorite fanfiction rating::	PG-13 or lower, although I will read R if it's an author I know.

Your favorite fanart author::	I haven't seen enough to have a favorite.
Have you ever participated in a PoT cosplay?:	nope
Do you collect PoT dojinshi?:	No. If I had the money to buy doujinshi, I would be spending it on official stuff, because I feel guilty as it is.
Do you draw PoT dojinshi?:	No, although that would be tons of fun.
Do you watch PoT AMVs?:	I've never actually seen any, but I'd like to.
Do you make PoT AMVs?:	I want to! It's a matter of finding the raws, and finding the software...

Is any of the PoT characters straight?:	This is a topic I will definitely be covering later. Logically, some of them have to be!
Should Sakuno die?:	Goodness, no. Since when is being a shy, slightly whiney fangirl punishable by death?
Do you like Ryuzaki-sensei?:	Yeah. Should I not? She's definitely one of the cooler coaches in the series.
Was the season about Americans necessary in the anime?:	Necessary? No. But it didn't hurt anything, I guess. (Excpet Ryoma! Stupid Tezuka...*grumble*)
Tenipuri, Anipuri or Tenimyu?:	Wait...I thought "Tenipuri" covered everything? It's different from the anime? Anyway, I'll take both the anime and the musicals, thanks. : )
Who is the seme of the series?:	I try not to think about things like that, actually.
Who is the uke of the series?:	Or that.
Tezuka or Tezubot?:	Tezuka isn't a robot, Fuji is.
Is it OK for Ryoma to be winning all the time?:	Well, it is his show. And he doesn't win all the time.
Who has the funniest hairstyle?:	Funniest? I dunno. Maybe Oishi. But that's okay; he can do whatever he wants with his hair.
Who has the best fashion sense?:	You don't really get to see them in "normal" clothes very often...I seem to remember thinking the captain of Jyousei (Kajimoto?) knew how to dress.
Oishi/Kikumaru - canon?:	That one will also be getting its own entry at a later date. Really, it's been too long since I've seen the series, and all the GP fanfiction I've been reading in the last couple months has kind of clouded my memory.
Sengoku/Atobe - crack?:	*blink* ...What? Not that Atobe couldn't have practically anyone in the series if he wanted to, but...what?
TENIPURI & YOU
Would you like to live in the world of PoT?:	I don't know. I guess that would depend on a lot of things.
Which team would you like to play in?:	I'm a girl, I can't play on any of their teams! School-wise, I would totally go to Seigaku or Rokkaku.
Which character would you go out with?:	Assuming I was single, assuming I was their age, assuming they were actually straight...probably none of them, because I'm shy and never really hung out with athletes. Oishi and Kaidoh, however, would probably both make awesome boyfriends.
Which character would you become friends with?:	Oh, I so want to be friends with almost all of them. I don't know if the feeling would be mutual, though.
Which tennis technique would you like to learn?:	Any of them? I suck at tennis. (I've only played once, but still.)
Which character would you most like to play against?:	Hmm...Oishi. He's the only one who would probably take it easy on me and actually try to help me get better.
AND NOW, THE FINAL QUESTION...
Do you love Atobe?:	Haha, Atobe. He was always in a category of his own, kind of -- I didn't dislike him, but I didn't know if I actually liked him, either. He was just...Atobe. However, after seeing the special that was shown with the movie, that opinion has changed. So I'd have to say, yes, I do love Atobe, although he will never compare to some of the other characters. : )
