First: Gaaaah, I feel like an idiot. I finally got around to writing Setomaru a fanletter, only to realize several hours after mailing it that I made a really blatant, really stupid mistake in it. *siiiiigh* He's going to think I'm a moron.



Second: RIKKAIDAIMYU SOUNDTRACK = MORE LOVE THAN I CAN FIT IN THIS ENTRY.

I'm an idiot (as already established) and didn't realize till just a few minutes ago that the first song is Seigaku (duh), so I totally missed Setomaru's (very, very, very nice) line in it the first time I heard it. So when I listened to the full soundtrack earlier, the first thing I caught him singing was his a cappella line in "Kyou made...Soshite Ashita kara", and BGHOIANBOINAOI THE BOY CAN SING. OH YES, HE CAN SING.

Also, everyone's gotten so much better this time around! I mean, I didn't think they sounded bad in RokkakuMyu, but you can tell they really put a lot of work into their singing for this one.

Obviously, my favorite song is "Fukkatsu! Golden Pair." Ahhhh they sound so good together~~ ♥ Also, Setomaru's sounding even more like Nagayan in this musical; his voice isn't quite as deep as before -- meaning it's even further from his normal voice. I love that he's sounding like Nagayan on purpose. :D

And TakiYuki! He's still got that light, distinctive voice (♥), but he sounds much more forceful in this, which is awesome, considering where Oishi is mentally at this point in the series.

And Tomo!!! Gah, I don't know how that boy pulled it off, but he sounds very Kaidoh-ish. I'm really, really looking forward to seeing him in the musical~

Speaking of. Momo has a song in this, "Haiagare Kaidoh" -- which he sings to Kaidoh. The MomoKai fangirl in me was very, very happy. :D

I have one real complaint about the soundtrack (well, besides the GP song not being long enough), and that's the lack of Rokkaku. Hyoutei was a guest last time, and got what, 4 songs all to themselves? Well, 3 team songs and Atobe got one, I think. But Rokkaku didn't get any songs for just them this time, unless I just can't recognize them. I love Rokkaku, and this makes me sad. :(

Oh yes, also. The GP vs. Niou/Yagyuu match has three songs -- "Fukkatsu! Golden Pair," one about Niou and Yagyuu, and "Oishi no Territory". Has any other match in the history of TeniMyu had three songs? I've been trying to think, but I can't come up with one.


Um. I think that's all. Today has been a very odd mix of excitement and feeling-stupid-ness. Gah, I cannot believe I made that mistake in the letter....

Maa~ closest we can get is the two songs for MTL. (Unless GP-Part2 counts too, but I don't think it does.)

Hmm, I think the Tezuka/Atobe match had two songs too? I don't remember. (And no, GP-Part 2 doesn't count, 'cause it was after the match.)

Eheheh, I'd rather not go into detail, 'cause it was horribly embarrassing. Suffice it to say I said the exact opposite of what I wanted to say, which probably makes that part very confusing. Hopefully he'll be able to decipher it. ♥ I've had these horrible images in my head of him showing the letter to the other D-Boys and them all laughing at it. Well, except Zukki. And probably Tomo. Oh Zukki and Tomo, why couldn't one of you be my favorite? (On a side note, "Zukki and Tomo" sounds like "Sukitomo." Why does that amuse me?)

At least your bestfriend isn't torturing you by using "ZuKen Sentai Gekirangers" as a YM stat message. O_________o Crack pairings, WHAT.

And LOL, something amuses me. Everyone IRL thinks that Adachi is my favorite D-Boy, and I'm sure majority of my f-list does too. I wonder how many know who my real D-Boy favorite is...

I love having JLPT-2 friends who check my stuff before I send them off. ^^; (But they're absolutely useless when I'm trying to translate songs *baps the evil people who go around singing "I'm not helping you with that one~~~"*)

I've been thinking about writing to Zukki, too, but... AHAHAHA. "Hi, Zukki! I don't know if you remember, but I'm one of Adachi's fans and the one he's been emailing lately -- he sent me a reply when he was over at your house sometime last week and he said 'P.S. Zukki says hi' in that email, hehe. Anyway, I just want to tell you that I'm a big fan of yours, too, and that I'm illegally watching Gekirangers over here in my poor country and enjoying it immensely. More power! Love, Ginnie."

I wasn't meaning as a pairing, just that when you say their names together it sounds like that. :P

ZuKen? As in...KenKen? WHAT?!

Heehee, well, since Adachi is no longer a D-Boy, he couldn't technically be your favorite anyway. But that also means you don't have to feel bad about your favorite being Zukki~ ...Still, I wouldn't mention that to Adachi. ;)

Ehhh, I would have been too embarrassed to try and convince anyone to correct the thing. :( I wouldn't even tell my friends exactly what it said when they asked.

That "letter to Zukki" made me giggle. A lot. ♥

Yeah -- Nikki, Kitti, and I were YM-ing and talking about all the crack/non-conventional pairings that were popping up in our drabble challenge (trust me, you do NOT want to know), and then we talked about how we could play with those names to fit certain words and shows and... And ZuKen came up. O__________________________o

I'm praying that neither of those two will get inspired to write a drabble with this pairing. Why they love torturing me by writing crack pairings that break my OTPs TT________TT just for the heck of it is beyond me. (I'm worried that Nikki will get attacked again and that person *ehemehem* will tell the entirety of LJ how Nikki is an irresponsible fangirl. >_< They're CRACK drabbles, for crying out loud.)

Oh, I'm sure I'd score more points with Adachi if he knows Zukki is my favorite. We can fangirl (fanboy? O_o) over Zukki together. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ That's what our married life shall have its foundation on -- our mutual love for Zukki~!!!

Zukki'd probably be scarred for life and take down his blog or something if he got that letter. *rofL*
