Okay, I know I'm long overdue for a real update, and I will get around to it, I promise (I've been keeping up with my f-list, at least!), but just wanted to make a quick post to say...


Prop 8 was overturned today :D I knew about the case but I hadn't been following it, and just now as my mom was getting online I walked by and happened to catch a picture of two guys kissing in the news section of her home page. I did a double-take and looked closer to see what it was about, then proceeded to get really excited :D That link is to the first article I found with a quick Google search, and it looks like of course there's going to be more legal crap to follow, but still. This is pretty awesome, no?

Hell yes, it IS awesome. \^o^/ I remember when prop 8 passed, I was so sad, especially since it went along with Obama winning, which was such a GOOD thing, so it just felt especially bad. [/not making sense] :P But yeah, I'm really happy! ^_^
